Eligibility Window

What Is Covered

• Duplicate purchases of the same product made in error (verification with Digistore24 may be required).

What Is Not Covered

• Purchases made outside Digistore24 or via unauthorized resellers.
• Orders where fraudulent or abusive activity is suspected (including excessive refund patterns or reselling of access files).
• Any third-party tools or products not included in your Digistore24 order.

Digital Access on Refund

Our product is delivered digitally. When a refund is approved, your access may be disabled and any license to use the files is revoked. Please delete local copies after a refund is issued.

Processing Time & Method

Refunds are issued by Digistore24 to the original payment method. Once approved, please allow 3–10 business days for your bank or card issuer to post the credit (timing may vary by country and provider).

Currency conversions and bank fees are controlled by your provider and are outside our control.

Chargebacks

EU/UK Right of Withdrawal
